We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT sales to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into long-term customers for our services including website development, digital marketing, and in-house software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, references)
Convert leads into clients through effective communication, email follow-ups, and presentations
Pitch company services including:
Website Development (Static/Dynamic/E-commerce)
Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads)
In-house Applications (HRMS, Employee Tracking, School Bus Tracking, etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
Maintain records in CRM and track sales pipeline
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients
Experience in email marketing, cold outreach, and follow-ups
Basic understanding of IT services (web development/digital marketing/software)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred:
Experience in software/IT services company
Knowledge of CRM tools
Existing client network is a plus
