Job Description Job Title : F&A – Healthcare COE – AGM/AVP – Pan India
Candidate Expectations & Responsibilities
17+ years of work experience in relevant domain
This will be a leadership role responsible for creating new digital solutions using existing and new technologies to enable best in class transformation.
Will be responsible as consultant to work with cross functional teams and leading global clients driving and executing a range of activities from development and execution of solutions, best in class system and process designing, blueprinting, proof of concepts focusing on finance technology solutions.
In addition, support best practice implementation across accounts, perform maturity assessments, drive new solution development using Gen AI/ Agentic AI/RPA/ML/NLP/semantic search capabilities, assess and evaluate partner solution for further alliance, support transformation initiatives, support RFP/RFI response for new deals and create white papers
The role will also support Sales Solutions team and provide Subject matter expertise on pro-active and RFP opportunities and act as spoc for strategic partnerships with market leading external technology partners to enhance our solution strength and improve competitiveness of our offerings.
Participate in projects to solve business problem areas and create solutions to drive transformation. Demonstrated creative thinking to to come up with art of the possible and build solutions using AI ML tech along with familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI, SAP Analytics
Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journey using the digital footprint and assessment and evaluation of best fit solution to clients and bringing in design thinking to create world class solutions
Engage and lead internal and external client conversations, leading workshops and presentations in key forums and management reviews
Lead and manage the process maturity assessment – people, process, technology and shaping up an implementation roadmap using methodology, tools, practices
Lead transformation project identification and collaborate with Operations with respect to design and development of state-of-the-art tools, platforms & technologies supporting Operations clients in the F&A Healthcare domain – AI/ML/RPA/cloud enabled applications and platforms with a primary focus on Procure To Pay (PTP), Record To Report (RTR), Order To Cash (OTC), and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
As part of the journey to Intelligent Finance, focus is to transforming clients into intelligent platforms, ranging from bespoke tool implementations and deployments to standard integrated solutions and configurations. The team helps F&A move away from a traditional bookkeeping and backward-looking function to a proactive mindset powered by intelligent insights to accelerate innovation, drive business outcomes, and reduce the cost of ownership
Pre-Sales & Delivery Exposure (end to end projects)
Deep experience in all F&A domains healthcare industry, having functional and industry knowledge having worked in the capacity of business analyst, process consultant and project management roles. Any certification is desirable
Experience in product management, product engineering and IT lifecycle from design, development to operations is highly desirable, along with Agile / Scrum way of working
Experience in more strategic projects like operating model design, business cases, value architecting and realization is highly desirable
Proficient in responding to BD, proposal, RFPs/RFI responses is highly desirable
Design and implement dashboards, analytics and meaningful insights to accelerate execution of company strategy
