Role Description

Rudra Technosurf is hiring a Head of Human Resources Operations for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The incumbent will lead HR operations, formulate and implement HR strategies, manage HR policies, ensure optimal utilization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and oversee the development and execution of operational HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency. The role involves team leadership, compliance management, fostering employee engagement, and driving a positive workplace culture to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Operations, including payroll management, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, with knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
• Competence in developing and implementing HR Strategy and aligning it with business objectives
• Experience in creating, updating, and enforcing HR Policies to ensure legal compliance and HR best practices
• Strong understanding and operational experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and guide cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership HR role, preferably in the ISP or technology sector, is an advantage
