A Negotiator in Overseas Recruitment works between the employer (foreign company) and the candidates to finalize employment terms such as salary, benefits, and contract conditions.

Overseas Recruitment Negotiator – Job Duties

• Salary & Contract Negotiation
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms between overseas employers and selected candidates.
• Ensure both parties agree on the final job offer and contract conditions.
• Candidate Coordination
• Communicate with selected candidates regarding job offers, salary structure, accommodation, and benefits.
• Explain job roles, company policies, and overseas working conditions.
• Client Communication
• Coordinate with international clients or HR teams regarding candidate expectations and offer terms.
• Maintain professional relationships with overseas employers.
• Offer Letter Handling
• Manage job offer discussions and ensure candidates accept the offer.
• Assist in preparing and confirming offer letters and employment contracts.
• Documentation Follow-up
• Ensure candidates complete required documents such as passport, certificates, medical tests, and visa requirements.
• Conflict Resolution
• Handle issues related to salary expectations, job role clarifications, or contract disagreements.
• Coordination with Recruitment Team
• Work with recruiters and managers to finalize selected candidates and ensure smooth deployment.
• Candidate Retention
• Maintain good communication with candidates to prevent offer rejections or dropouts.

Skills Required

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred in Gulf recruitment)
• Knowledge of overseas recruitment process
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and clients

Typical Requirements

• Experience in overseas recruitment / manpower consultancy will be advantage
• Good knowledge of Gulf recruitment process (visa, medical, PCC, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
