Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Project Engineer – Interiors. The role involves managing and executing interior design projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, collaborating with designers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of work, and maintaining quality standards. The Project Engineer will also handle communication with stakeholders and resolve any challenges to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Site Execution: Supervise and ensure work is executed as per drawings and timelines.

Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site progress and report updates regularly.

Measurement: Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.

Documentation: Maintain structured records of work, updates, and reports.

Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required quality standards and specifications.

Issue Handling: Identify site issues early and assist in resolving them quickly.

Material Management: Track material usage and ensure timely availability at site.

Resource Efficiency: Minimize wastage and ensure optimal use of materials and manpower.

Project Tracking: Update timelines, track tasks, and flag delays proactively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, team members, and contractors
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Experience in interior design or construction projects is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent qualifications
