Role Description
The Operation Executive and Key Operation Manager will handle day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing operations, streamlining processes, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with teams to meet client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring a dynamic individual capable of managing multifaceted responsibilities and delivering solutions to operational challenges.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on overseeing and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions for optimizing operations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office tools and relevant operations management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
