Job Title: HR & Operations Executive

We’re looking for a People & Operations Executive to help build the people, process, and operational backbone of a fast‑moving startup. You’ll manage core HR operations while also supporting admin, vendor, and founder‑level work as the company grows.

You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership to ensure people and operational workflows run smoothly, accurately, and at speed.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, screening, outreach, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Manage onboarding & offboarding: documentation, contracts, inductions, exits, relieving/service letters, and statutory formalities.
• Support payroll: leave tracking, payroll input prep, payslip coordination, and basic statutory compliance (e.g., PT, consultant coordination).
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and internal SOPs with high confidentiality.
• Handle office admin: workstations, asset allocation/recovery, office coordination, and asset management.
• Manage external vendors/consultants: contracts, billing, approvals, payouts, and basic performance tracking.
• Support founder‑led outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and community‑building initiatives.
• Build simple systems, trackers, and checklists to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Collaborate across teams and take on adjacent responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Who can apply?

• 2 years in HR, People Ops, HR & Admin, Operations, or a similar startup/fast‑paced role.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
• Exposure to payroll inputs, leave tracking, compliance, and working with consultants/payroll partners.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi‑tasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a startup where role boundaries evolve and multiple hats are common.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, trackers, HR tools, and basic operational workflows.
• Understanding of labor‑law basics, HR best practices, and confidentiality.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.

Good to have

• Prior experience in an early‑stage or founder‑led startup.
• Exposure to office admin, vendor coordination, or business operations.
• Experience supporting founders/leadership on execution‑heavy tasks.
• Comfort with LinkedIn outreach, GTM support, or community engagement.
• Interest in process‑building, automation, and improving efficiency.
