Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibabad. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content across various platforms. Key duties include crafting captions, designing campaigns, and monitoring social media activities to enhance engagement and brand presence. Additional tasks may include researching trends, analyzing social metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to refine social media strategies apart from this operation work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and platform management across key channels.
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively convey brand messaging and engage audiences.
• Knowledge of Social Media trends and strategies to create impactful campaigns and measure results.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly to dynamic social media environments and emerging tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and an understanding of performance tracking is a plus.
• Prior experience in a creative or marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
