Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Development and Implementation: Architect and execute robust digital marketing strategies with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Social Media Mastery: Oversee and optimize the company’s social media platforms, curating high-impact content and managing sophisticated campaigns to augment brand visibility and audience engagement.
Analytical Reporting: Employ advanced analytical techniques to dissect performance data, generate insightful reports, and steer data-driven optimization of digital campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization & Marketing: Execute and manage comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to bolster online visibility and drive targeted web traffic.
Content Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy, aligning content creation with overarching brand objectives and audience interests.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Craft and manage Pay-Per-Click and display advertising initiatives across diverse digital platforms, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of budget.
Email Marketing Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute sophisticated email marketing strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Influencer Engagement: Strategically collaborate with influencers and thought leaders to extend brand reach and fortify brand credibility.
Budgetary Responsibility and Discipline: Administer digital marketing budgets judiciously, ensuring cost-effective expenditure and maximizing investment return.
Trend Identification and Integration: Continuously monitor emerging digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices to maintain competitive edge.
Qualification Criteria:
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management and performance marketing.
– A proven track record in executing successful, data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
– Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM principles, and digital advertising platforms.
– Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking,
and problem-solving skills.
– Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent copywriting capabilities.
Essential Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in managing various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Profound knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
