Pre-Sales Executive (B2B lead Generation) Full Time

Niumatrix Digital is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive focused on generating qualified sales opportunities and booking meetings with ideal-fit prospects for the founder-led sales process. The role is designed for an early-stage B2B growth marketing agency where the founder handles closing and strategy calls, while the Pre-Sales Executive owns outbound prospecting, qualification, and calendar conversion.

Role Summary

• The primary goal is to create a steady pipeline of qualified meetings every month so the founder can focus on discovery, pitching, and closure.
• The ideal candidate has experience in outbound prospecting for digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, recruitment, staffing, or other B2B service businesses. They should be comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, cold calling, follow-up, basic qualification, CRM updates, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build prospect lists based on ideal customer profile criteria, including company type, size, geography, and decision-maker role.
• Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls to generate interest and qualify prospects.
• Understand the prospect’s business, current lead generation challenges, and buying intent before booking a meeting.
• Book qualified meetings directly on the founder’s calendar with complete notes in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with warm prospects and revive stalled conversations.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, daily activity tracking, and weekly reporting of outreach, replies, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Coordinate with the founder on targeting, messaging, campaign feedback, and quality of meetings booked.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, SDR, inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting for a B2B service or SaaS company.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRMs, email tools, and structured follow-up workflows.
• Able to qualify for fit before booking a meeting, not just chase volume.
• Self-driven and consistent with daily outreach activity.
