Job Summary
The COE Lead – Compensation Benefits & Shared Services heads the Center of Excellence for compensation strategies and shared HR services, driving total rewards programs, payroll efficiency, and policy compliance across the organization. This role ensures competitive compensation structures aligned with business goals while optimizing shared services for cost-effectiveness and scalability in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
