Role Description

The Senior Account Manager (Qualified) will oversee and manage key client accounts, develop strong client relationships, and ensure optimal delivery of products to meet client expectations. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies, meeting targets, analyzing market trends, and managing budgets. The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and handle client escalations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in strategic account management, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and understanding business metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead client-focused initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other relevant software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the FMCG or agriculture export industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in international business practices and a good understanding of export regulations.
