Role Description

The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing public relations campaigns to promote The Cub’s services. The role involves creating and distributing promotional materials, engaging with customers, maintaining positive public relations, and identifying opportunities for brand growth and awareness. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify and implement impactful initiatives
• Sales expertise to drive growth and promote services effectively
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in child development or healthcare marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
