We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Consultant who can consistently bring in projects through freelancing platforms and other online portals and close domestic & international deals quickly.

What You’ll Own:

• Generate high-quality leads via freelancing portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), LinkedIn, other online portals etc.
• Handle end-to-end client communication (pitch → meeting → closure)
• Convert opportunities into revenue-generating projects
• Suggest and execute new growth strategies
• Work independently with minimal tools/investment
• Should work independently, reliable and honest.

What We Expect:

• Proven success in winning projects from freelancing and other online platforms (proof mandatory)
• International client acquisition experience
• Worked on IT/Digital marketing/HR/Accounting industries mandatory
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Ability to deliver fast results
• Own laptop + stable internet

Compensation:

• High commission-based payout (no earning cap)
• Payment released once client payment is received
