Role Description

The Founder’s Assistant (Management Intern) will assist the founder with daily operations, project management, communication, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, preparing reports, liaising with clients and team members, and supporting business operations. This is an internship role with a hybrid work model, where the office location is in Lucknow, but some tasks can be performed remotely.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, cinematography, or creative content production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline
