Location: Remote

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000/month + performance bonuses.

Top performers can earn an additional 30,000+ per month based on viral video results.

Someone who understands viral short-form content, storytelling hooks, retention tactics, and scripts that keep viewers watching till the end.

You should study the style/content of creators like:

If you understand why their content works, you may be the right fit.

Your Role:

* Write scripts for short-form videos (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)

* Research trends and viral formats

* Create strong hooks, curiosity gaps, and punchy storytelling

* Adapt ideas into our brand style

* Deliver scripts consistently

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong Hindi + English writing skills

* Deep understanding of internet culture & trends

* Can turn simple ideas into viral-worthy scripts

* Self-driven and reliable

* Prior experience in short-form content is a bonus
