Role Description

This is a part -time hybrid / remote role based in Chennai, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. As a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing website and campaign performance through web analytics, and optimizing online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and driving growth through digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data to inform and improve marketing initiatives
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to developing innovative campaigns
• Prior experience in managing digital campaigns and social media presence is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, AI-powered tools, and growth marketing, with a strong focus on increasing signups, engagement, and brand visibility across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content
• Ability to create strategic relevant content, articles and messages for separate platforms and target audience is highly preferred

Content Creation

• Create high-quality images, reels, videos, and written content
• Develop engaging storytelling formats for educational and marketing purposes
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, voiceovers, and written content
• Experiment with emerging AI platforms to improve content quality and efficiency
• Create scalable content systems using AI for faster output

Performance Marketing & Ads

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Focus on lead generation, course signups, and website traffic
• Track ROI, analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns

Growth & Reach

• Drive PAN India and global audience growth
• Improve organic reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Collaborate on campaigns to expand into new markets

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC)
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
• Suggest data-driven improvements

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in social media marketing and digital campaigns
• Proficiency in latest AI tools for content creation (image, video, voice overs, editing and text generation)
• Proficiency in latest technology for content creation, SEO, Digital marketing and elevating social media presence and branding
• Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website traffic growth
• Video editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech / course-based business
• Understanding of India, South Asia, Middle East audience targeting
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
