Job Description:

1. Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Lead monthly and quarterly demand forecasting exercises for the Alcobev portfolio across regions and channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop accurate demand plans based on historical trends, market intelligence, seasonality, and promotional activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Supply Planning & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with ABDL Supply planner, manufacturing units, co-packers, procurement, and logistics teams to align production plans with forecasted demand.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels across plants, depots, and distribution points.
• Minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory obsolescence.

3.S&OP Process Management

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to balance demand, supply, and financial targets.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and planning insights for leadership review.

4. Commercial Coordination

• Partner with Sales teams to understand distributor requirements, market trends, and channel performance.
• Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams on new product launches, promotional plans, and seasonal demand spikes.
• Support route-to-market planning and state-wise demand alignment.

Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain roles.
• Prior experience in Alcobev / FMCG / Consumer Goods industry preferred
• Strong understanding of state-wise excise and distribution dynamics in Alcobev

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• MBA / PGDM preferred or Certification in Supply Chain / Demand Planning is an advantage
