Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for Retail Tech to lead complex technology programs across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain. The role combines deep PM craft with retail context — shipping the systems that move retail forward.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead complex retail technology programs from initiation through close
– Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, store ops, and vendors
– Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and dependency maps
– Run executive steering committees and stakeholder communications
– Manage risks, issues, and change control across program lifecycles
– Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 6+ years in project or program management, with retail or commerce experience
– Strong working knowledge of retail systems (POS, OMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms)
– PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
– Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
– Excellent written communication and executive stakeholder management
– Strong risk and dependency management discipline
