Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Revenue Leakage (Medicaid SME)
Location – Chennai | Remote
Preferred Experience
8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis within Healthcare/Pharma, with strong exposure to Medicaid and Government Programs.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead initiatives focused on identifying and mitigating revenue leakage across US Commercial and Government programs. The role will drive optimization of Medicaid claim validation processes, enhance system capabilities (Model N vs custom solutions), and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements related to revenue leakage and claim validation
- Lead evaluation and optimization of systems (Model N Validata vs custom solutions) to improve accuracy and reduce overpayments
- Analyze large datasets to identify leakage patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Medicaid, 340B, MDP, and MFN requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Contracting) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to intuitive, user-centric UI/UX design for internal tools and workflows
- Support audit readiness through robust validation processes and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue integrity
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Medicaid claims processing and validation
- Hands-on experience with Model N Validata (Fall ’24 release or newer preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of 340B duplicate discounts, payer rebates, MDP, and MFN compliance
- Experience in evaluating and implementing enterprise systems (COTS vs custom solutions)

Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Healthcare domain (good to have)
