About the Job
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level Sales roles (ASO / ASE / ASM). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle across assigned geographies, ensuring speed, quality, and strong market connect.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles (ASO / ASE / ASM) across assigned geographies
• Conduct CV sourcing, screening, and shortlisting aligned to role requirements and fitment criteria
Sourcing & Market Intelligence
• Build strong local market intelligence and networking channels to ensure quality talent pipeline
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including consultants, job portals, references, field connect, and local networks
Stakeholder Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate and drive interview scheduling with internal stakeholders ensuring minimal TAT
• Partner closely with Sales HRBP / SPOC for requirement clarity, feedback, and closures
• Ensure speed of execution while maintaining quality of hires
Process & Compliance
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS with accuracy and discipline
• Ensure adherence to hiring governance, process compliance, and documentation standards
What we are looking for?
• Graduate with 5–6 years of experience in Sales hiring, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Business
• Strong understanding of frontline Sales roles (ASO / ASE / ASM) and hiring dynamics
• Good local market connect with strong networking ability
• High ownership, execution focus, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with recruitment data, trackers, and MIS with accuracy
• Good judgment in candidate screening and fitment assessment
