A. Content development & training support:
1. Translate brand inputs, restaurant feedback, audits, and performance data into clear learning objectives.
2. Design and develop learning journeys and curriculum frameworks (onboarding, cross-training, station mastery, leadership & compliance).
3. Create SCORM-compliant e-learning modules, interactive PPTs, job aids, SOP/SOC/MOC documents, and checklists using tools like Articulate Storyline/ Rise, Adobe Captivate.
4. Produce audio-visual content using Camtasia/Premiere/Audition; ensure mobile-first and engaging formats.
5. Maintain version control and standardization of all training content post content approvals.
6. Align content with brand, product, and compliance updates through collaboration with Marketing, Culinary, QA, and Business teams.
7. Ensure Train-the-Trainer (TTT) LMS support for all new launches and updates.
B. Learning management & assessments:
1. Manage LMS workflows and vendor relationships as per SOPs and SLAs.
2. Implement digitization of learning and mobile LMS access for field teams.
3. Develop and maintain question banks; ensure randomization and periodic refresh for unbiased assessments.
4. Define and track KPIs for training effectiveness (completion rates, proficiency, audit scores, pre/post assessments).
5. Run capability assessments and map eligibility based on certifications and station knowledge tests in line with JFL- Popeyes internal growth policy.
C. Reporting & analytics:
1. Build and publish visual dashboards and scorecards for LMS and Ops checklists. Provide predictive insights on training effectiveness, readiness, and ROI.
2. Maintain cadence for MIS reporting, leadership review packs, and action trackers.
D. Governance & compliance:
1. Ensure 100% compliance with brand, food safety, and operational guidelines.
2. Enforce SOP adherence for content creation, approvals, distribution, and version control.
3. Maintain audit-ready documentation across all compliance requirements.
