This role is about building that core system from scratch.
Role Overview
You will work directly with the founder to:
- Build and scale the core tech platform of Kefilo
- Translate lifestyle workflows into product features
- Create a system that connects users, data, and outcomes
What You’ll Build
- User onboarding & profiling (lifestyle, habits, goals)
- Daily tracking systems (food, movement, mental wellness)
- Recommendation engine (rule-based → data-driven)
- Admin dashboards for consultants
- Basic analytics & reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development
- Build end-to-end features (frontend + backend)
- Convert business flows into usable product systems
- Focus on simplicity and usability
- System Thinking
- Design workflows for:
- Habit tracking
- Daily guidance
- Feedback loops
- Ensure product drives behavior change, not just usage
- Data & Logic Layer
- Structure user data meaningfully
- Build logic for recommendations (initially rule-based)
- Prepare system for future AI/data integration
- Iteration & Scaling
- Work in fast cycles (build → test → improve)
- Continuously refine based on user behavior
Tech Expectations (Flexible, Not Rigid)
- Strong understanding of frontend + backend development
- Experience with modern stacks (React / Node / Firebase / etc.)
- Ability to design clean, scalable architecture
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and deployment
