Role Overview

You will work directly with the founder to:

• Build and execute digital growth systems
• Design performance-driven campaigns
• Turn insights into user acquisition and engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Funnel Building
• Design end-to-end funnels:
• Awareness → Interest → Conversion → Retention
• Build lead generation systems (organic + paid)
• Optimize for cost, quality, and scalability
• Performance Marketing
• Plan and run ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Test creatives, audiences, and messaging
• Track and optimize key metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates)
• Content + Distribution Thinking
• Guide content direction based on audience psychology
• Ensure content is not just viral — but converts
• Work with creators/editors for execution
• Data & Analytics
• Track user behavior and campaign performance
• Extract actionable insights
• Continuously refine strategy based on data
• Experimentation & Scaling
• Run fast experiments (angles, hooks, audiences)
• Identify winning patterns and scale them
• Build repeatable growth systems

Who Should Apply

• Strong experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / growth
• Deep understanding of:
• Funnels
• User psychology
• Ad performance
• Ability to think in systems, not campaigns
• Comfortable working in a 0 → 1 startup environment
