Job Purpose
This role is responsible to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities. This involves coordinating and supervising maintenance activities by assigning, executing, and supervising the proper accomplishment of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance programs carried out in the systems, machinery, and equipment of the processes under the role responsibility.
This role also is responsible managing a team of maintenance technicians. ensuring availability, improving efficiency and quality of the operational services provided in the maintenance area, while upholding the standards of CEER’s Manufacturing Operations Division.
Key Functional Responsibilities
•Oversee the Maintenance team by providing guidance, mentor, and support to ensure the team’s performance complies with departmental and CEER objectives.
•Lead, guide, and oversee maintenance team activities during a specified shift, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, safety regulations & production objectives.
•Assign tasks and responsibilities to Maintenance Team members with their individual skills, abilities, expertise, and the specific requirements of the production needs.
•Monitor performance of team leaders and the activities within the role management scope to ensure adherence to quality standards, efficiency objectives, and production timelines, providing constructive feedback for improvements as necessary, rotation plan or having special skills in different areas.
•Help with assigning manpower, materials, and equipment resources judiciously to effectively achieve production objectives and ensure the efficient utilization of resources, budget and production KPIs.
•Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical issues, breakdowns, malfunctions in equipment, and coordinate repair activities to prompt and efficient recovering of the equipment operation conditions.
•Conduct equipment failures analysis, providing expertise in diagnosing and repairing with the aim of identifying core issues, use problem-solving skills to implement permanent corrective solutions, validate the actions to avoid recurrence, and coordinate horizontal deployments of the actions.
•Develop training material, coordinate and conduct training sessions in areas related to maintenance, empowering a knowledge sharing culture for the team and organization development.
•Support and implement manufacturing operation policies, guidelines, systems, processes, standards, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations.
•Ensure the reports related to maintenance are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to CEER’s departmental standards. Provide regular reports on shift performance to the Manager.
Job Requirements
Education–Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience–6 years Minimum, 1 year in Leadership role.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for sustaining a smooth production process, by ensuring efficient operation and availability of machinery and equipment by maintaining and rectifying issues of the machines used in the manufacturing of EV components to ensure the longevity of equipment.
Job Role Key Functional Responsibilities
•Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
•Perform predictive maintenance tasks by identifying and remediating potential issues before they result to breakdowns or production disruptions.
•Apply a broad range of mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, welding, and troubleshooting the repairs of production machines.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and perform necessary repairs or part replacements
•Conduct functional testing and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational standards.
•Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform maintenance, repair, and operational tasks safely and efficiently
•Observe equipment and check for any potential problem items not listed on task sheets, while performing preventive maintenance tasks.
•Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
•Adhere to maintenance protocols and schedules, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with safety and quality standards
•Maintain records of maintenance activities. Such as repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for coordinating a team of technicians in the assigned shift/line/group of workstations. Be proficient in performing maintenance activities on all operations/equipment within the scope of control. Ensure operational excellence in the team and manage the technician versatility matrix, following training procedures. Participate in the operational quick response for problem solving and be a member of the continuous improvement team Support and inspire the team through clear feedback, monitoring personal development plans, and creating a positive work environment.
Job Role Key Functional Responsibilities
•Monitor the Maintenance Technicians by providing guidance, mentor, and support to ensure the team’s performance complies with departmental and CEER objectives.
•Guide, and oversee the Maintenance Technicians activities, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives.
•Support with planning, executing and reporting all activities related to maintenance plan and strategy.
•Monitor performance of the equipment, determine potential problems, and take proactive corrective action to avoid breakdowns and reduce downtime, by using data-driven methodologies.
•Track equipment alarms and messages and ensure timely response to breakdowns and support root cause analysis and resolution.
•Follow Group Leader orientation and lead technicians to identify and resolve technical issues, breakdowns, and malfunctions in equipment and coordinate repair activities to the prompt and efficient restoration of equipment operation.
•Support with team member evaluation and based on the results to set the action plan for improvement for Training, rotation or having special skills in different area.
•Ensure that all activity in Maintenance team follow the documentation and recorded in a timely and accurate manner and meet CEER’s and department requirements, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Quality, Logistics, Facilities, and Production teams to align efforts across departments and promote a culture of excellence and shared accountability.
