Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Verify invoices and customer balances
- Update payment received records
- Follow up outstanding balances with customers
- Send statements and payment reminders via WhatsApp
- Update daily outstanding reports to Managing Director
- Maintain Excel and Zoho records
- Assist with customer communication and admin tasks
- Organize invoices and delivery records
- Coordinate with sales/accounts team
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good English communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Zoho/Accounting software knowledge preferred
- WhatsApp and email communication skills
Additional Advantage:
Experience in bookkeeping, receivables follow-up, or admin support.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
