Real Estate Research Analyst Full Time

Nevaya is building India’s first independent real estate intelligence platform.

We research and evaluate real estate projects through structured frameworks and publish that research publicly for buyers and investors – with no commissions, no developer relationships, and no financial stake in what we cover.

This is our first hire and the most important one we will make.

The Role

The Research Analyst will lead the development of Nevaya’s research infrastructure.

Your primary responsibility is to build a structured, repeatable research framework used to evaluate real estate projects. This framework will power the Nevaya Project Score, a proprietary scoring system applied across all projects we cover.

You will work across:

• RERA filings and approvals
• Land and project-level data
• Pricing and micro-market benchmarking
• Developer track records
• Rental yield and liquidity analysis

Requirements

• Candidates without prior real estate industry experience will not be considered regardless of other qualifications.
• Strong working knowledge of Delhi NCR (Gurgaon, Noida) real estate is mandatory
• Clear understanding of pricing, density, FSI, and project structuring
• High attention to detail and obsession with accuracy
• Strong Excel and data organisation skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Experience in real estate, urban planning, architecture, or finance is preferred.
