National Retail Head Full Time NEW

You will act as the CEO of our retail vertical, driving revenue, expansion, and execution across all GBGX outlets.

🔥 What You’ll Own

• 📈 Revenue & Store Performance
• Drive monthly sales targets across all stores
• Improve conversion (walk-ins → bookings → deliveries)
• Ensure strong unit economics at store level
• 🏬 Retail Expansion
• Launch new stores across cities
• Build a repeatable store launch playbook
• Ensure fast break-even for every outlet
• 👥 Team Leadership
• Hire & lead Store Managers and Sales Executives
• Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
• Design incentives and productivity systems
• 📊 Retail Systems & SOPs
• Standardize store operations, layouts, and sales scripts
• Implement strong daily/weekly tracking dashboards
• 🤝 OEM & Brand Partnerships
• Manage multi-brand EV relationships
• Negotiate margins, inventory, and supply

🧠 Who You Are

• 6–12 years of experience in Retail Expansion / Auto / EV / Consumer Durable
• Have scaled 10+ stores or multiple city operations
• Strong in execution, not just strategy
• Comfortable owning P&L and aggressive targets
• Experience in EV / auto dealership / retail chains is a big plus
