Information technology and infrastructure Support – Real Estate Industry | 5+ Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT operations in a dynamic real estate environment. The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure, data security, system integration, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware & software systems
• Ensure data security, compliance, backup & disaster recovery planning
• Oversee CRM, property management & financial system integration
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting & user training
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI, automation & cloud solutions
• Manage IT projects, vendors, and departmental budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
• Implement real estate-specific tools, analytics, and mobile solutions
• Ensure business continuity, risk management & system reliability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of information technology and infrastructure experience (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud, cybersecurity & enterprise systems
• Experience in ERP/CRM and system integrations
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

Location: Pune / Mumbai
Joining: Immediate or within short notice preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
