📌 Role Overview
This is a full-time, field-based role. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor and retail networks, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales reporting. Day-to-day activities include market analysis, competitor monitoring, and cross-functional coordination in line with company policies.

• Proven track record in field sales and business development
• Strong distributor and retailer relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Beverage Alcohol or FMCG sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
