The Team
Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) practice based in London provides practical and creative solutions to clients. The GES practice is made up of several specialist groups, including Payroll Service delivery (PSD) team. This entails collating Payroll data from various predefined sources, preparing payroll instructions and providing these to the client’s payroll provide. On completion of the payroll processing, Deloitte will complete reconciliation checks and then produce management information reports to the clients. PSD services are delivered to agreed timetables under client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The payroll team also supports new client implementations and the set-up of the payroll technology platform to facilitate the delivery of BAU services.
Qualifications Required:
Degree – BCom / BBA / BBM.
Required: Master’s in human resources, International Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, with Netherlands Language.

We are currently looking for individuals with Expertise in the Netherlands payroll, Employee Tax and Benefits process experience. Along with Payroll, the individual should an auditing skill, problem solving skills, payroll system knowledge. The successful candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end Netherlands Payroll. The role combines proficiency in payroll processing with strong interpersonal skills to deliver top- notch client services. Netherlands language is an add on advantage.
