Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media accounts, track performance metrics through web analytics, and execute effective online marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with audiences, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing content to maximize digital reach and engagement with the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified leads and conversions
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and website traffic
• Create and oversee high-performing content strategies across social media, blogs, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice, engagement, and growth
• Design and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Execute email marketing and automation campaigns to nurture leads and improve retention
