• Applicant Persona: We are seeking a well spoken (collaborative), highly creative, and detail-oriented design professional with strong visual storytelling capabilities. The ideal candidate would be comfortable communicating & collaborating regularly with global offices across Europe.

Position Overview

• We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled and detail-oriented graphic designer/visual communicator to join the Brand and Communication team of our global client’s architectural design advisory firm. Based in Mumbai, this role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in visual communication and graphic design, and a strong desire to learn and make their mark collaborating with globally placed team across locations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints, including templates, social media posts, presentations and a wide range of additional other branded materials.
• The ideal candidate is thorough and detail-driven, with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions, and manage a flexible and fast-paced workload.
• This role requires strong verbal and visual communication skills, as well as the confidence to lead the design process end-to-end—from defining/clarifying the brief and concept development through to final execution and delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine a suite of branded templates and graphic design assets, ensuring consistency, quality and ease of use across the company
• Create visually engaging presentations for business development, client proposals, bids, and industry events
• Design graphics, animations (motion graphics), and digital assets for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns
• Support the evolution and application of the corporate brand across marketing, internal communications, and event materials
• Produce engaging visual collateral for events, exhibitions, and internal social initiatives
• Collaborate with Business Development team and other internal stakeholders to support the design and quality control of tenders when require
• Managing local suppliers such as printers and corporate merch providers among others
• Video editing: Produce and edit corporate videos for internal and external use, reels, and social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related Visual Communication fields
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design & video editing role with a strong portfolio in place.
• Technically proficient at design and artworking content for print and digital platforms
• Previous experience working within an architecture studio is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and visual communication work
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere [alternatively DaVinci Resolve]) and Canva
• Experience creating templates on platforms such as Canva and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
• Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms such as OpenAsset is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines
• Ability to use initiative and to work autonomously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
