IT Operations Executive Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization
• Ensure smooth functioning of outlet systems and software (POS, billing, reporting tools, etc.)
• Handle mobile phones, SIM cards, and communication devices (activation, tracking, troubleshooting)
• Install, configure, and update software applications and systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system/network issues
• Maintain and monitor data backups, system security, and access controls
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC support
• Assist in managing HR software systems (attendance, payroll, employee data)
• Support Marketing tools/software (CRM systems, campaign tools, digital platforms)
• Coordinate in handling social media platforms (basic technical support, uploads, access management, coordination with marketing team)
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records
• Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT issues across all locations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, HR software, and social media platforms
• Good understanding of mobile device and SIM management
• Basic knowledge of data security and backup processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
