Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MS365 System Administrator/IT intern to enhance workflow automation, data security, and mobile application functionality. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth task management processes, enforce security policies, and oversee the integration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) used in STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation & Task Management
Security Policy & Data Protection:
1.Develop and enforce security policies to safeguard data and prevent phishing or spam emails.
2.Configure email filtering policies to route suspicious emails to quarantine.
3.Manage backend security settings, including permissions, SharePoint, and OneDrive access control.
4.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Mobile Application & LMS Management:
1.Oversee and optimize the existing Learning Management System (LMS) used in STEM education.
2.Enhance the mobile application to ensure smooth access, notification alerts, and interactive communication with students.
3.Identify and report to resolve technical errors affecting the app’s performance.
4.Improve the user interface (UI) for better user experience and engagement.

General IT & System Administration:
1.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS365 applications.
2.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards.
3.Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and policies
4.Stay updated with the latest MS365 features and security updates.

Requirements

• Understanding of working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Outlook security policies).
• Understanding of workflow automation, task approvals, and notification management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and email security policies.
• Knowledge of mobile application management, including UI/UX improvements and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration into educational platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
