Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Business Banking role located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will focus on managing and nurturing business client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a portfolio of business clients, managing cash management and portfolio services, facilitating loan offerings, and assessing financial needs through underwriting for various business ventures. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Cash Management and expertise in handling various financial transactions
• Skills in Portfolio Management to oversee client investment and asset performance
• Knowledge of Finance and Underwriting to evaluate and process business loan applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to analyze financial data and recommend practical solutions for clients’ business needs
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
