Payout: $30 – $55/hour
Role Overview
We are hiring Healthcare Professionals to evaluate medical and clinical AI outputs including diagnostic reasoning, clinical guidelines, and patient communication. In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to assess clinical accuracy and contribute to AI model improvement on medical tasks. The ideal candidate has clinical experience and a commitment to patient-safe AI.
Key Responsibilities
– Evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning, treatment recommendations, and medical content.
– Apply structured rubrics to assess accuracy against clinical guidelines.
– Identify clinical inaccuracies, hallucinations, and patient safety concerns.
– File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
– Partner with clinical and product teams on quality criteria.
– Contribute to rubric design for specific clinical specialties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Active or recent clinical experience as a physician, nurse, pharmacist, or allied health professional.
– Working knowledge of clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice.
– Familiarity with at least one clinical specialty.
– Clear written communication for clinical documentation.
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
– Active medical license, nursing license, or healthcare certification.
– Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
– Background in evidence-based medicine, clinical research, or medical writing.
– Experience with EHR systems or clinical decision support tools.
– Subspecialty expertise (cardiology, oncology, psychiatry, etc.).
