We create content rooted in real research from SEBI-registered analysts, breaking down stock stories, decoding market trends, simplifying trading and personal finance, so millions of Indians can invest with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for the person who becomes the face and force behind all of it.

This isn’t a presenter-for-hire role. It’s a builder’s role. You’ll shape what ArihantPlus sounds like, looks like, and feels like – on screen, on social, and on the ground across India.

What you’ll do

👉On-camera & content

• Present long-form YouTube videos and short-form reels on stocks, trading, derivatives, personal finance, and market trends — in both English and Hindi. Think weekly market wrap-ups, deep-dive explainers, stock story breakdowns, and “what just happened and why it matters” formats
• Cut through jargon. Take a complex concept – options pricing, RBI policy impact, sectoral rotation, and make it genuinely understandable for a first-time investor watching on their phone
• Cross-collaborate with content and research team and also write and research your own scripts, drawing on inputs from our SEBI-registered analysts. You understand the material, you don’t just read it
• Work closely with the video editor on pacing, tone, on-screen storytelling, and visual treatment

👉Community building — the big one

• Build ArihantPlus’s investor community from the ground up — across WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, in-app community spaces, and wherever our investors spend time. This is about creating a home for India’s retail investor, not just a distribution channel
• Own our community platform — drive app reviews, gather product feedback, close the loop with real users, and turn happy customers into vocal advocates who bring others in
• Build the community engagement playbook from scratch — AMAs, live market discussions, investment challenges, expert Q&As, and formats that give members a genuine reason to keep showing up
• Show up authentically in the spaces where serious investors already gather — adding real value, answering real questions, building trust before building an audience
• Identify and nurture power users — build a structured ambassador programme that turns your most engaged community members into brand champions who advocate for ArihantPlus city by city
• Be the bridge between community and product — surface what users are saying, flag recurring pain points, and work with the product and customer success teams to close the feedback loop
• Track community health obsessively — growth, engagement, retention, NPS, review volume. and set a consistently higher bar each quarter

👉On-ground events

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute investing meetups, financial literacy workshops, and investor summits across India, from metro cities to tier-2 markets
• Partner with colleges, corporates, and investor clubs to take financial education to audiences who’ve never had access to quality investing guidance
• Represent ArihantPlus at panels, industry events, and investor conferences, with credibility, warmth, and command
• Use every event as a community building moment – acquire members, deepen trust, and create content simultaneously

👉Social media

• Own the ArihantPlus content calendar and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, from ideation to posting to engagement
• Review captions, carousels, and short-form copy and ensure they sound human, sharp, and on-brand
• Monitor market news, trends, and viral finance formats daily, and move fast when something is worth jumping on
• Track what’s working, what isn’t, and bring data-backed ideas to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
