We are seeking an experienced and visionary Java Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical leadership to bridge business needs with robust architecture, ensuring systems are secure, highly available, and maintainable. You will drive architectural strategy, mentor engineering teams, and champion modern Java and cloud best practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Architecture & System Design
Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise applications using microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven patterns
Define scalable, resilient, and high-performance system designs
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical authority for Java-based solutions
Establish coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices
Conduct architecture and code reviews; mentor development teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Technology Strategy & Modernization
Evaluate and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and platforms
Lead initiatives such as monolith-to-microservices transformation
Performance, Security & Reliability
Architect for high availability, scalability, and performance optimization
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards
DevOps & Cloud Alignment
Collaborate with DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines
Define deployment strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
