We are now looking for a Visual Content & Social Media Associate who is creative, energetic, and hands-on with video, content, and social media to fuel our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

As part of our core content and marketing team, you’ll:

1. Record & Edit Video + Podcast Content
2. Assist in recording founder videos, interviews, and podcasts.
3. Edit and repurpose them into multiple formats (short clips, reels, snippets, teasers, carousels).
4. Add motion graphics, captions, and engaging storytelling cuts.

2. Graphics & Visuals

• Design graphics, creatives, and featured images for our website and articles.
• Ensure brand consistency across social, web, and campaigns.

3. Social Media & Marketing

• Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Contribute to campaigns by creating both visual and written content.
• Experiment with new formats and trends to boost engagement.

4. SEO & Growth

• Conduct basic keyword research.
• Optimize video titles, social captions, and website content for reach and visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in content, video editing, or digital marketing.
• Strong command of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar).
• Experience in recording and editing podcasts/interviews.
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop (or similar tools) for design.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
• Bonus: SEO basics, keyword research, analytics.
• Most importantly: Energy, creativity, and a “let’s build it” attitude.
