IT Executive / IT Engineer Full Time NEW

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Support Provide L2/L3 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, email, and network-related issues. Manage asset allocation, retrieval, and documentation (laptop, desktop, accessories).

2. Infrastructure Management Monitor system performance, backups, and storage usage. Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall operations. Ensure periodic health checks of IT systems and network devices.

3. Software & License Management Install, configure, and maintain approved software. Maintain software license compliance (e.g., M365, D365 ,AutoCAD, Defender etc.).

4. Security & Compliance Implement and follow IT security policies and best practices. Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and system patching. Support compliance activities (ISO 27001 / internal audits, if applicable). Monitor and report security incidents or vulnerabilities.

5. Backup & Data Management Maintain backup logs and reports.

6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, asset registers). Prepare reports related to IT operations, incidents, and compliance. Assist in IT audits and management reviews. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / M365. Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).

• Educational Qualification • Diploma / BCA / B.Sc./B.E/ (Computer Science) with relevant experience
• Experience • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, support, or infrastructure.
