About the Company
We are building a focused, high-impact business in the India market within the ADHD care and support space. Our goal is to create a scalable, high-quality offering that combines strong clinical outcomes with a robust operational and commercial model. The India role will be critical in establishing and growing this presence from the ground up.
Role Overview – India Lead (Director / Country Head level)
This role will be responsible for setting up, scaling, and leading the India business. It is a high-ownership position with end-to-end responsibility across operations, team building, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the India market launch and scale-up (0$B”*(B1 and beyond)
- Own P&L, revenue growth, and overall business performance
- Build and lead cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, support)
- Establish processes, systems, and partnerships locally
- Act as the face of the organization in India, managing key stakeholders
- Work closely with global leadership on strategy and execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ yrs of experience with strong exposure to building or scaling businesses in India
- Proven P&L ownership and experience in revenue-driven environments
- Background in high-growth startups, healthcare, consumer, SaaS, or similar sectors
- Strong execution orientation with a hands-on approach
- Demonstrated ability to hire and build high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

- Strong understanding of India market dynamics, including regulatory and operational complexities
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with on-ground execution
- High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability
