Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager/Senior Manager – IT, based in New Delhi. The role involves leading procurement operations, including supplier evaluation, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement strategies. The individual will oversee the sourcing of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals. The incumbent will also ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to optimizing procurement processes for efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in IT procurement, including familiarity with IT infrastructure, hardware, and enterprise software solutions
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain high standards for quality and cost-effectiveness
• Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, B.Tech qualification is preferred; certifications like CPM, CPSM, or equivalent are a plus
• 10+ experience in procurement roles within the IT or technology sector is strongly preferred
