Role Objective
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Fresher to join our team as a Junior Operations & Business Associate. In this versatile role, you will be the backbone of our daily business activities, learning how to manage the full business cycle—from the first client inquiry to the final payment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain 360-degree exposure to how a business operates.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Finance Support
- Documentation: Learn to create and manage formal Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers and professional Invoices for clients.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor payment timelines and conduct polite, professional follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections.
- Record Keeping: Maintain an organized digital filing system for all commercial documents.
Client Interaction & Sales Support
- Enquiry Handling: Respond promptly to incoming client emails and calls, providing basic information and escalating technical queries when necessary.
- Estimations: Assist in preparing Quotations and Proposals by compiling costs and descriptions for our services/products.
Marketing & Growth
- Outreach: Assist in executing basic marketing tasks, such as updating client lists, sending out promotional emails, or managing social media posts.
- Lead Generation: Research potential new clients and industries to help grow the business database.
Candidate Requirements (Entry Level)
- Education: Recent graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or similar). We value a strong academic record and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and [Local Language]. You must be comfortable talking to vendors and clients on the phone.
- Numerical Ability: Comfort working with numbers, profit margins, and basic industrial costing.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Word. Quick at learning new software like CRM or Accounting tools.
- Attitude: A “self-starter” mindset. Since this is a varied role, you must be able to switch tasks quickly and stay organized.
