Role Description

We are seeking a Business Support Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Salem. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, ensuring efficient communication, and assisting in maintaining smooth business operations. Additional duties involve analyzing business processes, supporting internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Experience in Business Support and Administrative Assistance
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Word Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
