Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Product & Market Strategy • Define product vision, positioning, and differentiation. • Conduct market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. • Drive product-market fit validation frameworks. • Identify expansion opportunities across geographies and segments.
2 Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth • Design GTM strategy for our products including Ed Games Hub. • Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization models. • Enable sales through structured pitch decks and positioning narratives. • Track adoption, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
3 Business Planning & Financial Modeling • Build 35 year business plans. • Develop unit economics and profitability models. • Drive revenue, cost structures, and ROI.
4 Business Operations • Build business management and operating cadence. Manage business operations team. • Establish scalable processes across sales, onboarding, delivery, and partnerships. • Drive cross-functional execution between product, tech, marketing, and sales. • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning
