Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team in pre-sales discussions by assisting in explaining product features and understanding client requirements
• Work with senior team members to understand client needs and help document business and technical requirements
• Assist partners in understanding integration options and support basic architecture discussions
• Support the integration of APIs/SDKs into partner systems under guidance from senior team members
• Help in preparing implementation plans before project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams like Product, Tech, and Project Management for smooth implementation
• Assist in resolving basic queries and challenges during project execution
• Document client feedback and share insights with internal teams for product improvement
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and ensure proper follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
• Strong interest in Banking, Fintech, or SaaS domain
• Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and software development concepts
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, BigQuery, etc.) is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Internship or project experience in fintech, banking, or tech domain
• Basic knowledge of payments systems or financial services
• Exposure to tools like Postman, Excel, or any data tools
