Role: International IT Operations Manager
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 3 Months+ (with a possibility of Contract-to-Hire)
Work Hours: IST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead global IT infrastructure, security, and support operations across international regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global IT operations across multiple countries
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud, and security systems
- Manage and mentor distributed IT support and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and global policies
- Manage vendors, SLAs, and IT service delivery
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
- Oversee IT budgets, risk management, and business continuity planning
- Provide escalation support for critical infrastructure and security issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Management
- Strong experience managing global or multi-region IT environments
- Hands-on expertise in:
- IAM (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Windows & Linux servers
- Networking (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routing)
- VMware / virtualization
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Haves
- ITIL / PMP certifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and migrations
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance
