Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Ecommerce Analyst at Stayfit Health & Fitness World Pvt Ltd. The role involves monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance, managing data analytics, coordinating with sales and customer service teams to enhance online sales, and optimizing the customer shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include developing actionable insights from data, ensuring seamless online merchandising, and contributing to the overall success of the e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess e-commerce data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and support clients effectively.
• Proven experience in E-Commerce operations, including online sales strategy and website optimization.
• Understanding of Sales principles and techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to e-commerce analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
