Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in preparing project documentation including project plans, timelines, and reports.
• Help track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in meetings and take notes, follow up on action items.
• Assist in maintaining project data, reports, and dashboards.
• Learn and support the use of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Communicate project updates to team members under guidance.
• Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with internships, academic projects, or relevant training can apply).
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and IT/software development lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus (not mandatory).
